When will my order ship?
In-stock items typically ship within 2-3 business days. Pre-order items will ship as soon as they arrive at our US warehouse, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking once they are on the way.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Good Smile US ships to the United States and Canada. For other international destinations, please visit our global online shop.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for most unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items must be in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
